Improving Employee Performance
ActionTrac provides solutions for businesses to improve employee engagement, performance, and productivity.
According to a 2018 Gallup poll, 66% of employees consider themselves to be either “not engaged” or “actively disengaged” at work. These employees typically do only the bare minimum of work required, and openly express dissatisfaction with their job.
Companies try to address these issues. As a result, according to Starr Conspiracy, a marketing firm, the market for employee engagement solutions is valued at roughly $74 billion.
ActionTrac is targeting this market by offering three different business solutions, including:
TeamVue - This system automates employee performance award systems. Through the TeamVue dashboard, employers can nominate employees for awards.
PeerSocial - This dashboard enables companies to create custom reward systems. Employees can publicly recognize colleagues in areas including support, leadership, teamwork, and hard work.
TeamVue Collaboration - This platform enables companies to bring all of their content into a central location. Dashboards can be created for different categories and departments, enabling employees to share and discuss ideas and documents.
TeamVue costs $3.49 per user per month, and TeamVue Collaboration costs $1.99 per user per month. Pricing for PeerSocial varies based on the size of the customer.
ActionTrac was founded in 2017, is generating revenue, and has attracted more than 5,000 users.
In 2018, the company was chosen by CIO Review as one of the 20 “Most Promising Productivity Solution Providers.”
Notably, ActionTrac has signed a partnership with Automated Data Processing (ADP), a major provider of HR software. Through this partnership, ActionTrac can market its business solutions to ADP’s 740,000 clients.
ActionTrac’s Founder Hal Wendel previously worked as Vice President of Consulting Sales at Oblix. This startup provides identity-based security solutions and was acquired by Oracle (NYSE: ORCL).
