Artificial Intelligence for CRM
Chirrp.ai is a multichannel "chatbot" platform powered by the leader in cognitive technology, IBM Watson.
Using Artificial Intelligence, it enables organizations to create delightful customer experiences through powerful engagement.
Chirrp converts conversations (phone, text, etc.) to data. Basically, its system takes unstructured data sets, and converts them to rich user profiles that include preferences and behavior patterns.
These profiles enable enterprises to target the right consumers at the right time. This creates cross-sell opportunities, and helps a company retain and grow its most profitable customers.
Here are two examples of how its technology will be used:
1. Healthcare
Chirrp’s platform will be used by healthcare providers and payers as a Health Risk Assessment (HRA) tool and Personalized patient education platform. It will help assess patient needs and provide periodic updates on their health.
HRA will also be used as a lead generation tool for providers and payers.
The company has already started a pilot program with Brookwood Baptist Health.
2. Fintech
Chirrp will serve as first line of customer service for banking consumers and will provide engagement and predictive services based on customer conversations.
Customer Interactive Services is a $51 billion market.
IBM predicts that by 2020, 85% of all customer interactions will be handled without a human agent.
