He received his Ph.D. in Electronic Transactions from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
He also received a degree from Cornell University in Business Administration and Management.
Dane is a pioneer in online directory and eCommerce and was Founder of YellowPages.com, acquired by Bell South and Southwest Bell in 2004.
Imran Mukati has over 19 years of experience with institutional financial clients including companies in the public and private sectors, municipal entities, and endowments.
His responsibilities have included managing certain esoteric/special situation new issue/secondary deals as well as specialized private equity opportunities focusing on fundraising for emerging businesses in technology, finance, real estate, cannabis, healthcare/pharma, and entertainment.
Mr. Mukati formerly ran the 24 hour trading desk for Andes Capital Group, LLC in Chicago. And before that, was a financial advisor for Morgan Stanley.
Mr.Mukati holds a B.S. in Finance from DePaul University.
