Introspective Technology (IN) holds patents for breakthrough technologies related to Cyber Security.

As the NSA leaks of 2013 have proven, currently, there is no such thing as "network security."

To counter this, IN has developed and patented a method, "STOP," to mitigate vulnerabilities with current network data encryption.

The company has done $1.6 million in revenue so far.

IN has recently executed a Cooperative Research and Development Agreement (CRADA) with the USAF that both protects the technology and allows Air Force Labs to conduct and contribute resources to Test Readiness Level (TRL) evaluations on IN technology. This is a step that will provide credibility and also open sales opportunities for IN products to the entire US Government, the world's largest customer of goods and services.

IN has officially released its first commercial product: IC Secure Messaging. This can be downloaded from your app store. This is the first in a line of IC Secure products based on the company's patented STOP technology. To follow will be File Transfer, Point to Point Security and Virtual Private Network (VPN). These revolutionary products protect data in a network from being intercepted and decrypted like nothing else on the market today.

PROBLEM
With the proliferation of Cloud Computing, critical business data is increasingly flowing across the public Internet and semi-public networks. Inadequate security from "Man in the Middle" attacks, data recording, and injection is an ever increasing problem.

Since 2012, security professionals have admitted that existing encryption can be cracked. Data going across the Internet is stationary once a connection is established. It is easy to determine when two points connect to start recording or injecting information.

SOLUTION
Introspective's "STOP" patented technology moves data in the network, making sure it's never in the same place for more than a few moments. In addition, it uses an encryption technique that can not be cracked. The two work together to provide the strongest network encryption available today.

The company has also developed and patented another technology called PUMAS...

As the world of technology starts to connect sensors, applications and people together, the "Internet of Things" is being created.

PUMAS acts as the glue to create complex networks of "things" that can work together to create a single, secure unified system that automates knowledge, work or creates entirely new functionality from what were disparate parts.

When used together, these two technologies create a next generation, impenetrable Cloud infrastructure for complex, event-driven automation. This technology is both seminal and protected by comprehensive, granted patents prepared by one of the country's premier IP law firms, Nixon & Vanderhye.

Introspective Networks has a two phase go-to-market strategy. The first phase capitalizes on cyber security markets and builds a base of products on the company’s STOP encryption technology. This will be quickly followed by Point-to-Point file transfer, IP Tunnel, VPN and carrier level implementations of the technology.

The capital raised in this round will fund the acceleration of Phase 1. It will be used to expand marketing and sales efforts as well as to build business development staff to speed up time to market.

The second phase involves using the profits from Phase 1 to fund building out the company's patented PUMAS technology. This is the missing link of the Internet of Things (IoT).

TARGET MARKET
Cybersecurity Ventures projects $1 trillion will be spent on cyber security between 2017 and 2021.
