Can’t find a place to park? Parknav can help.

This technology company uses Artificial Intelligence and data aggregators to identify available on-street parking in real-time.

With investors including Village Global, a prominent venture capital firm backed by entrepreneurs Bill Gates, Jeff Bezos, and Mark Zuckerberg, Parknav removes the stress from finding available parking.

Furthermore, its patented technology has potential in industries including telecommunications, infrastructure, and even healthcare.

Parknav is led by an experienced team. Vice President of Product Simon Arazi took Sirenum, a software platform for workforce management, from seed-stage to an acquisition in 2021. And CEO Eyal Amir was named a “Top 10 to Watch” in the AI category by the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers.

This company’s enterprise customers include BMW, Siemens, and Deutsche Telekom (parent company of T-Mobile). Additionally, individuals in more than 1,000 cities use Parknav to see real-time parking availability.

Parknav has completed the Microsoft Ventures Accelerator, Startupbootcamp Berlin, and Volkswagen Plug and Play. Last year, it generated $1 million in revenue and became cash flow positive.

The secret to Parknav’s technology is the collection of key parking- and infrastructure-related data. This data is gathered from car manufacturers, telecommunications companies, insurance companies, car-sharing services, and mapping companies.

The result is a platform that is more accurate than Google Maps or any other parking-focused app on the market.

For individual drivers, Parknav simplifies the parking process. It works with many vehicles’ infotainment system, guiding drivers to open spots nearby. It requires zero hardware and works for every type of parking, including free spaces, metered spaces, and those that require a permit.

Said one user, “I’ve lived my entire life in the greater Seattle area. Traffic and parking has only gotten worse in the last several years… Parknav would solve the biggest problem locals face daily.”

But Parknav’s technology was created to benefit more than just the individual driver. It was also built for businesses and cities.

For example, a mobile parking payment application can use Parknav’s technology to enhance the parking experience for its users. Meanwhile, a city can use Parknav to assess its parking situation. Are more spaces needed? Is there crowding in a particular area? How much parking will a new building require?

Cities traditionally use physical parking sensors to answer these questions, as well as to determine real-time parking availability. Now they have Parknav, which is AI-driven and 100x more cost-effective.

Individuals can request a free trial of Parknav. Businesses, meanwhile, can purchase a $200 monthly subscription (this would be for the mobile parking payment application, for example), and cities can purchase a $200 per month package to gather data about parking-related information.

Long-term, Parknav views its technology as being able to provide predictive insights into more than just parking. For example, it could let users know if seats are available at a bar or restaurant in real-time. It could also let users know if their local grocery store has cookies in stock, or even if going outside could pose a health risk.
