Careers - Associate Editor

About Us

Crowdability is the world’s first and largest online research firm focused on start-up investing.

Thanks to a new set of laws called the JOBS Act, for the first time in 83 years, ordinary individuals can now invest in private start-ups.

This is an exciting development—but if investors don’t know what they’re doing, they could lose their shirts.

Crowdability’s mission is to help inform, protect and guide these investors.

Backed by top venture capitalists, Crowdability has quickly become a leader in this emerging sector, serving more than 100,000 free and paid subscribers.

  • Bring intellectual curiosity and creativity to all your deliverables.
  • Stay current on the latest technology and start-up news, and keep the team and our subscribers up-to-date on what you discover.

Required Experience and Skills

  • At least 2 years of writing and editing experience is a must.
  • Your experience can be from journalism, market research, equity research, investment banking or consulting.
  • Must be passionate (and ideally, knowledgeable) about technology and related disciplines such as start-ups, venture capital and M&A.
  • To be clear, while experience with financial services and financial markets is preferred, is it not required.
  • Ability to multi-task and be detail-oriented while keeping an eye on the big picture.
  • BA/BS required; relevant graduate degrees a plus.
