Prediction: Marijuana will NEVER be legal…

By Wayne Mulligan, on Thursday, April 25, 2019

I might get some “hate mail” after people read this, but it needs to be said…

Most Wall Street analysts believe the federal government is about to legalize marijuana throughout the U.S. And millions of investors agree with them.

But we believe they’re all DEAD WRONG.

Today, I’ll explain why, and then I’ll show you why legalization might not even matter for investors like you.

You see, if you know what you’re doing, you could still become a “marijuana millionaire” — even if marijuana stays illegal forever

State of Affairs

Even without federal legalization, the marijuana market has become red-hot.

This market barely existed a decade ago. But last year, U.S. legal marijuana sales reached $10.5 billion. And that’s just the tip of the iceberg...

A report from Arcview Market Research predicts that legal pot sales will more than double over the next four years, reaching $22 billion by 2022.

And again, that’s without federal legalization.

Follow the Money

For states where it’s been legalized, marijuana has been an economic boon. It’s created new businesses, new jobs, and a lucrative stream of tax revenue.

Many argue that federal legalization would provide even greater economic benefits for the government. But here’s the thing:

According to U.S. tax code 280E, businesses that sell federally illegal substances (as defined by the Controlled Substances Act) are prohibited from taking ordinary income tax deductions.

Meaning, not only do profitable marijuana businesses have to pay federal income taxes, but they have to do so without deductions.

This could lead some companies to pay an effective tax rate of 70% to 90%!

Bottom line: even without federal legislation, the marijuana industry has become a huge revenue generator for the U.S. government.

There are many, many reasons we believe the administration won’t change its position on legalized cannabis anytime soon…

But this one reason alone is enough to make sure that federal legalization is “dead on arrival.”

They’re Going to Hate Us for This

To be clear, we’re taking a highly controversial position here.

Most analysts and investment “experts” strongly disagree with us, and we’re sure to ruffle some feathers

In fact, many of our peers on Wall Street and our competitors in the financial research industry will hate us after they see the special presentation we’re about to share with you.

You see, for the past four years, these folks have been claiming that the federal government is “on the verge” of legalizing marijuana across the U.S.

In fact, their entire marijuana investment strategy is built on this assumption. So, if federal legalization doesn’t happen, these analysts (and their investors) could lose everything!

But it doesn’t have to be that way for you.

Let me explain…

Low Risk, High Rewards

The marijuana industry is one of the fastest-growing markets in the world.

But investing in emerging sectors like this can be tricky.

That’s why, yesterday, Matt showed you a proven way to navigate these types of markets — by investing in micro-caps.

As Matt put it:

Because micro-caps have such low market caps, they often get overlooked by new investors. This keeps their prices low.

And not only does this give you the opportunity to earn bigger returns as prices rise…

But because these stocks tend to be undervalued and trade so cheaply, if there’s ever a market downturn, they’ll be less likely to drop by a significant amount.

This protects your downside!”

This is exactly why we’re using this strategy to take advantage of the red-hot marijuana market — and it’s exactly why we’re recommending that you do the same.

How You Could Retire Rich (Even if Pot Stays Illegal)

We recently identified what’s perhaps the most revolutionary and most undervalued marijuana micro-cap in the market today.

That’s why we compiled all of our research and findings about this company into a special investor presentation that we just published here this morning.

As you’ll see, this single stock could hand you profits of 20,584% this year — that’s enough to turn a small $1,000 investment into $206,840.

And the best part is, you could bank those gains even if marijuana stays illegal forever!
