Across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and Snapchat, the most searched word is “challenge.” Now there’s an app built specifically for recording competitions and trends.

It’s called Bula. Bula is a social media app that enables users to dare or challenge friends to anything, anywhere, anytime.

Competitions can quickly go “viral.” In 2014, the Ice Bucket challenge involved seventeen million people, who raised more than $115 million for Lou Gehrig’s disease. Esports is another competitive-based phenomenon, attracting more than 214 million gamers.

Bula has created a minimum viable product of its app, and completed a soft launch last month. It’s now seeking capital to further develop its platform and market to users.
