Performance Review Platform for Employees
Ohos is changing the way businesses conduct employee performance reviews.
The company has created a performance review platform that uses crowdsourcing to provide multiple channels for feedback.
Instead of traditional annual performance reviews, Ohos enables employees to receive feedback from supervisors, co-workers, and clients in real-time.
This information is stored on Ohos’ dashboard, enabling managers to have a better idea about individuals’ performances and areas of improvement.
Ohos offers a solution for the 60% of employees who feel they don’t receive enough feedback from supervisors, as well as the 51% of managers who admit they don’t have enough time to effectively manage their employees.
According to company research, since 2014, 10% of Fortune 500 companies have stopped using traditional performance reviews, including IBM, Microsoft, Accenture, and Gap.
In just six months, Ohos has started generating revenue, and has attracted 25 clients, including Kaiser Permanente, Techstars, and Georgia Tech University.
With its platform, Ohos is targeting the global human resources management market.
This market, which Grand View Research projects will reach $30 billion by 2025, has recently experienced notable M&A activity — for example:
In May 2018, Glassdoor, an online platform enabling employees to post reviews of their employers, was acquired by Recruit Holdings for $1.2 billion…
And in October 2015, CoAdvantage, a company providing HR solutions, was acquired by Morgan Stanley.
