RealtyFeed is a real estate app for the next generation of realtors.

This “next generation” includes those among the Millennial and Gen-Z generations. These people grew up with social networks, interactive games, and innovative communication apps.

Now they’re entering the real estate industry as brokers and listing agents. And they expect the same engaging experience from their professional products.

That’s what RealtyFeed provides. Simply put, RealtyFeed is a social network that combines the real estate market and a communication app into one platform.

This platform encourages collaboration among those in the real estate industry — agents, brokers, multiple listing service providers, mortgage providers — and serves as a professional lead generation tool.

RealtyFeed is the newest product created by Realtyna, a company aiming to disrupt the $18 billion global real estate software market. (Note: An investment in RealtyFeed is also an investment in Realtyna.)

Realtyna has been in business for 10 years, and has sold more than $6 million worth of real estate software. The company has been profitable for the past three years.

Over the past decade, Realtyna has partnered with more than 200 real estate companies, including ReMax, Keller Williams, and Berkshire Hathaway. And its software has been used to store the records of 58 million properties.

As mentioned, RealtyFeed is a hybrid app — a blend of a social network and listing platform that drives leads, grows business-to-business referrals, and makes business-to-customer sales more flexible.

Realtors use it to create their own branded pages and profiles, and feature listings for potential clients. They can also communicate with buyers and sellers, as well as other realtors, in order to more effectively do their job.

What makes RealtyFeed unique is that it “gamifies” the way real estate professionals do business. In other words, RealtyFeed rewards the top brokers as “champions.” Real estate professional receive digital trophies and gain new skills, all while doing their jobs. They also receive approval ratings from their clients, which help them unlock additional features and “level up” their ranking on the platform.

To offer these features, RealtyFeed uses Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. These technologies provide the best experience for gamified lead generation, social media integration, and search engine optimization.

To generate revenue, Realtyna charges one-time payments for individual pieces of software, as well as software bundles. These come with lifetime licenses and optional renewals for annual support services.

Once launched, RealtyFeed will be offered as software-as-a-service through a monthly subscription fee.

Realtyna has created the first version of RealtyFeed, and is working on a second version. Currently, it’s testing its platform through a pilot program.

With funding raised, the company will aim to launch the full version of RealtyFeed in the U.S. and Canada — its initial target markets.
