According to the U.S. Census Bureau, there are more than 30 million small businesses. More than 99% of all companies in America are considered a small business.

Tallyfy has created software that caters to these businesses. Its platform automates and organizes a company’s everyday tasks, enabling it to not only save money, but make more money.

Tallyfy’s team includes four veterans with experience building startups, and its Head of Sales Eli Covell sold two of his previous companies to IBM and Adobe.

This company has already raised more than $2 million from notable investors 500 Startups and Alchemist Accelerator. Now it’s seeking additional capital to scale its business and disrupt the $15 billion business process management market.

Manual workflows waste significant time.

Employees try to remember procedures and best practices in their head. But they don’t share these steps with co-workers.

Flow charts and instruction documents aren’t guaranteed to be seen by everyone. And e-mail and chat “chains” can result in missed messages and added confusion.

As a result, everyone ends up doing the same procedures differently. This leads to inconsistent outcomes and uncertainty as to how things should actually be done.

But what if everyone in a company knew how to complete every basic task? Wouldn’t it be nice if everyone knew exactly who was doing what, when, how, and why?

Tallyfy provides a solution to these problems. As the company says, Tallyfy makes it simple to “rinse and repeat” processes done every day.

Essentially, this company’s software enables businesses to create blueprints of repeated processes and launch specific workflows from those blueprints.

First, a user creates blueprints that can be re-used. These blueprints cover steps for everyday tasks such as:

New client onboarding, new employee onboarding, issue tracking, product design, expense claims, new customer, sales workflow, and employee vacation requests.

Inside each blueprint is a list of steps needed to complete the process. Once a blueprint is launched, those employees who are required to complete certain steps are notified of their role. This ensures everyone is on the same page and knows who is doing what to complete the task.

To manage it all, each blueprint and workflow can be tracked on a simple dashboard.

Tallyfy grants users a 14-day free trial to test its product, then charges a subscription fee.

The basic version is $12.50 per month for each employee, and enables a company to organize its tasks with blueprints.

The “pro” version is $25 per month per employee, and enables a company to automate the assignment of tasks.

Since launching, Tallyfy has attracted more than 10,000 users. Its software is used by notable companies including eBay, PayPal, Pfizer, Dell, Adidas, Morgan Stanley, and Cisco.

Tallyfy generates $65,000 in annual recurring revenue, and aims to reach $8 million in revenue by 2021.
