Too often, poor communication between surgeons and pathologists leads to incomplete tumor extractions. This results in multiple surgeries that are costly for doctors and unpleasant for patients.

Emet Surgical has created a TrueMargin system, designed to help surgeons create precise maps of tumors and their cavities. This enables pathologists to remove the entire tumor at once — not piece by piece.

Emet Surgical is pre-revenue. It aims to receive FDA clearance for its system in Q2 2024.
