This is a Title III deal, which means that all investors -- regardless of net worth or income -- can invest.

MobileSpike allows law enforcement officers to stop pursuits from the safety of their vehicle.

High-speed pursuits have resulted in 11,500 fatalities. Nearly half of those deaths are innocent bystanders.

For nearly 70 years, law enforcement agents have aimed to stop fleeing vehicles by manually placing tire-puncturing spike strips on the road. This is inefficient, dangerous, and unpredictable.

MobileSpike offers a better solution. It allows law enforcement officers to quickly stop pursuits from the safety of their vehicle with the push of a button:

MobileSpike is a vehicle-mounted, retractable, in-motion tire-spiking system. It's safe and effective at speeds from 15 to 120 miles per hour. It works in a wide range of weather and road conditions, and greatly reduces pursuit time and public risk.

Its patented technology allows officers to end dangerous high-speed police pursuits quickly and safely using the same driving techniques they already know and use.

Field-tested by police departments across the country — all of which ended up becoming MobileSpike customers — this product is now drawing requests nationwide.

Safety equipment is always a priority for police agencies -- so the company expects sales will be robust to many of the 16,869 city, county, state, and federal law enforcement agencies in the United States, with approximately 400,000 currently active service vehicles.

The company is aiming to reach sales of 9,000 units and approximately $28 million, and will then aim to optimize a financial return to its investors via selling MobileSpike to a larger company.
