Closing a sale is hard. According to Forbes, more than half of sales representatives miss their quotas.

The problem is that traditional sales training is inadequate. A survey from the Training Industry showed that one in four sales representatives believed their training was ineffective.

But what if these salespeople could know exactly what their potential customers were thinking? What if every member of a sales team could read the emotional and conversational clues of the client?

That’s what ChipBrain was designed to do.

ChipBrain is an emotionally intelligent Artificial Intelligent “assistant.” This assistant supports sales professionals by providing real-time feedback on the emotional response of their customers. It pinpoints recommendations to help salesmen close more deals.

“I used to listen to hours of call recordings attempting to fine tune the pitch of my sales team,” said a VP of Sales at Cloud Warriors, a tech consulting business. “I wanted to understand what was working and what wasn’t. ChipBrain has given me the insights I need automatically. The information ChipBrain provides is so granular that you can pinpoint the exact emotional triggers a customer experiences while speaking with a sales rep.”

At the end of the day, ChipBrain enables sales teams to become better communicators. Its technology enables them to:

• Receive emotional analysis and forecasting.

• Identify key turning points in conversations — phrases that lead to successful closing, upselling, and rapport-building with customers.

• Predict the likelihood of success throughout the conversation.

• Improve soft skills communications training and learn from a team’s top performers.

Additionally, ChipBrain users can view customer insights in a central dashboard, and receive personalized feedback. Curious how it works?

ChipBrain’s platform uses machine learning to provide real-time emotion, tone, and facial expression feedback in live conversations. In doing so, it takes the guesswork out of identifying conversational clues, and enables sales professionals to see how they are coming across to customers.

Furthermore, its Artificial Intelligence assistant leverages information about the strengths and weaknesses of the salesperson to make suggestions about what to say, when, and how to say it.

ChipBrain’s technology comes at a time when more sales teams are going virtual and embracing AI assistance. Markets and Markets, a research company, predicts that the one-billion-dollar sales enablement software market could grow by almost twenty percent a year for the next four years.

ChipBrain is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) company. It generates revenue through custom contracts with customers, as well as a self-serve subscription model.

In 2021, ChipBrain won first prize at a Harvard Business School startup competition. Also that year, it was accepted into the Salesforce Accelerator, enabling it to officially partner with the $147 billion cloud-based software company.

Trials for a “beta” version of ChipBrain’s software are complete — it had twelve companies signed up — and the company is ready to begin generating revenue.
