HiberTec is building the world’s first truly wildfire-proof homes.

It’s created a patented design and process where custom modular homes automatically lower completely underground when wildfire threats arise. They then resurface safely to ground level after the threat has passed. Think of them as the first-ever hydraulic homes.

Sending a home underground is easy and fast. Homeowners can direct their home underground using HiberTec’s mobile app. And the home will be sent underground in about fifteen minutes.

HiberTec plans to build a full-scale prototype of its first home near downtown Los Angeles, enabling potential buyers to witness first-hand the capabilities and uniqueness of its product. In Year 1, the company projects to generate $240,000 in revenue, followed by $3.8 million in revenue in Year 2. HiberTec aims to become profitable within twenty-four months.
