Apartment Rental Platform For "Millenials"
WhoseYourLandlord is an online platform helping “millenials” find apartment rentals.
Right now, of the 42 million Americans who rent, more than 20 million fall under the “millennial” age group (under the age of 30).
With WhoseYourLandlord, prospective renters gain access to neighborhood listings, landlord reviews and information about various communities.
WhoseYourLandlord has nearly 200,000 registered users and has been featured in several media outlets, including NBC, Huffington Post and Newsweek.
The company has partnerships with Allstate Insurance and American Express, companies that pay WhoseYourLandlord to sponsor content like videos and blog posts.
In addition, the company has investors such as Ben Franklin Technology Group and CorLyst Group (two investment groups providing funding and networking opportunities to early-stage tech companies).
In terms of revenue, WhoseYourLandlord is projecting $5 million by 2019 and $15 million by 2020.
